When you join Reading Joggers we record the following data: Name, Address, email address, Telephone No., Date of Birth , Gender, and if Reading Joggers will not be your first name club, the name of the other club.

Reading Joggers aim in collecting personal information, is to provide you with information services, like our newsletters, event information, results and social activities.

We will not disclose your personal details to third parties, other than England Athletics to whom Reading Joggers are an affiliated club. Only the home address, age and sex will be disclosed to England Athletics. If you wish to receive email information from EA then you will need to request it. Only Reading Joggers committee members who need to keep members updated on club activities will have access to the e-mail addresses of members. E-mail addresses to members copied in during contacts will not be displayed.
